1. Introduction

Welcome to CompSwap. By using this application, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app. For information on privacy, see our Privacy Policy.

2. Use of the Application

CompSwap helps users convert Relume components to match their CSS framework (e.g., Client-First, MAST, FeatherWeight, Saddle, or a custom setup). The app operates locally in your browser. You may optionally save mapping files to Webflow Assets under your own Webflow account or import/export CSV files you control. CompSwap is not affiliated with Webflow or Relume; your use of those services is governed by their respective terms.

3. No Warranty

CompSwap is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the creators of CompSwap shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the application or outputs, including without limitation loss of data, website malfunctions, compatibility issues, or security vulnerabilities.

5. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you paste into the app (e.g., Relume component JSON, class names, variables) and for how you use the converted outputs. Verify outputs before publishing, maintain secure access to your devices and Webflow account, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and third-party licenses/terms (including Webflow and Relume). We do not provide support for issues related to third-party software or website implementations.

6. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
